At MOREA, every piece is made to order — handcrafted specifically for you once your order is confirmed. Because of this, please review the following before placing your order:

Production Time

Estimated production time is approximately 1 month, provided the selected thread color is in stock. If your chosen color is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or an adjusted timeline.

Order Queue

If we have multiple orders in progress at the same time, delivery times may be extended beyond the standard estimate. We'll keep you updated if this affects your order.

Shipping

Once your piece is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
