Welcome to MOREA ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bymorea.com and any products or services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Overview

MOREA sells handmade, made-to-order crochet bags and accessories. Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you once your order is confirmed. Please review our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges pages before placing an order, as they form part of these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase on our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products, Pricing & Availability

All products are subject to availability. Because our pieces are handmade to order, colors, textures, and finished dimensions may vary slightly from the photos shown. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including after an order has been submitted, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Orders & Production

Once an order is confirmed, production begins and estimated production time is approximately one month, as described in our Shipping & Delivery page. Because each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for reasons of style, color, or change of mind, except as described in our Returns & Exchanges page.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge your order total, including taxes and shipping, to that payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the MOREA name and marks, is owned by or licensed to MOREA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Services without our prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Services, or to submit false or misleading information, including fraudulent orders.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOREA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products purchased through the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
